The customer called Baoxing and hoped that we could provide solutions in using lubricant to solve the dilemma. The product used in lubricant is a ballpoint pen, and the main position in using lubricant is the knob position of the nib and the shaft. The customer used the mold release agent before, but there was a fire accident some times ago, which was reflected on the factory floor and caused by spontaneous combustion caused by static electricity. For their safety , the company asked to stop using mold release agents.
During this time, customer have also tried to use various solid grease, but the solid grease will have residues, and the perception and experience are not well. Therefore, customer still hope to use liquid lubricant and found our Baoxing lubricating to customized for it. After learning the situation ,we know that the Major requirement of the customer is to hope that the grease can be rotated smoothly when changing the refill and has no residue. The grease is preferably transparent. Moreover, the ignition point of the grease only needs to ensure that can not burn by the lighter at a temperature.
