1. The consistency of grease will change due to temperature changes during operation. The more viscous grease will become softer in the long-running gearbox, the higher the temperature, the softer, and the viscosity will decrease with the temperature rise. The lower the temperature, the higher the viscosity. Viscous, viscosity increases with low temperature, and grease becomes thicker.
2. The application range of the base oil used for lubricating grease: it will affect the morphological change and viscosity change of the grease when the temperature changes. The application range of the base oil temperature of mineral oil is -20℃+130℃, and the temperature application of semi-synthetic oil The range is -30℃+150℃. The temperature application range of fully synthetic oil is around -40℃+200℃. The wider the use temperature of the base oil, the weaker the ratio of the consistency form to the viscosity change of the lubricating grease, which will change during operation. The proportion will be reduced accordingly.
