The servo motor can adjust the rotation speed by the frequency of the plc output pulse. Why are there many servo motors with a reducer?
Compared with other reducers, servo motor reducers have high rigidity and high precision (single-stage can achieve within 1 minute), (two-stage can achieve within 3 minutes); high transmission efficiency (single-stage within 95%-99%) , High torque/volume ratio, lifetime maintenance-free and other features.
Because of these characteristics, servo motor reducers are mostly installed on stepper motors, servo motors or brushless motors.
Reducer lubricating grease should be based on the gear reducer operating environment, load size, movement characteristics and friction form to select the appropriate lubricating oil model.
High-speed gears should choose gear oils with low viscosity and good fluidity; low-speed gears should choose lubricants with good wear resistance, and low-condensing gear oils should be chosen for low-temperature gears.
Lubricating grease needs a replacement cycle, so how do we judge it? The replacement method of reducer lubricating oil has the following points:
(1) The oil of the reducer should be changed at operating temperature
(2) Cut off the power promptly after cooling to prevent electric shock
(3) The reducer should still be kept warm when changing the oil
(4) Put an oil pan under the oil drain plug
(5) Open the oil level plug, breather and oil drain plug
(6) Remove all oil
(7) Install the oil drain plug
