(1) Guide rail
To make the guideway lubricated well, the machining accuracy of the guideway and the contact area of the static and dynamic guideway should be ensured; the shape and size of the lubrication groove should be selected correctly, and the position of the oil inlet hole should be arranged reasonably; the suitable guideway should be selected according to the load, moving speed, and guideway layout oil.
(2) Gear
Gear material, matching eaves degree and surface roughness are the hard conditions for the tooth surface to form a good lubricant film. Choosing the appropriate lubricant is based on the gear working environment, tooth surface load, movement characteristics, and friction form to select the type of lubricant that is conducive to the formation of a stable dynamic pressure oil film on the friction surface. For low-speed and heavy-duty gears, gear impact and cooling should be considered, and lubricants with extreme pressure and anti-wear properties should be selected.
(3) Rolling bearings
Correctly select the type and model of the bearing. Consider the bearing direction, load characteristics, and operation mode during installation. Choose proper lubricating oil viscosity, ensure the quality and quantity of lubricating oil, and pay attention to eliminate mechanical impurities in lubricating oil.
(4) Sealing device
In contact sealing, the sealing device should maintain a stable state, so that a layer of oil film is formed on the contact friction surface, and the oil film is used for lubrication and sealing. Small damage and deformation on the friction surface of the seal directly affect the formation and stability of the oil film, causing oil leakage, and damage to mechanical devices. When applying the sealing device, the properties of the lubricating oil, pressure, temperature, sliding speed, and the suitability of the sealing material and lubricating oil (swelling and shrinking) should be fully considered.
