1. The machine is not working well
When the equipment is running, the motion is lagging, the speed is uneven, and the power consumption is large. It will inevitably produce vibration and noise. 2 Vibration and noise

3 The temperature is too high
The resistance of the friction pair increases, and the temperature rises rapidly, without the influence of heat sources, such as bearings, gearboxes, etc. When the external temperature exceeds 80°C, attention should be paid to it. Their internal temperature is tens of degrees higher than the external temperature and even burnt.

③ Poor heat dissipation conditions, high ambient temperature, poor ventilation, and heat cannot be dissipated in time.
④Due to running heat, improper gap adjustment, deformation of parts and thermal expansion, it will also accelerate the heat of the parts.
