The plunger pump does not require other power, and some huge basic numbers The pump is forced to lubricate, that is, an additional motor drives the pump to lubricate.
4. It is recommended not to change the original lubrication scheme of the reducer. When it was originally oil lubricated, use grease lubrication. Insufficient lubrication or insufficient heat generation. The reducer has insufficient heat and is easily damaged, so don't ignore it.
5. Lubricating oil replacement cycle: The lubricating oil must be replaced for the first time after 200 hours of operation of the reducer, and the remaining ge oil must be removed during the replacement. After the first oil change, the lubricating oil should be replaced every 3 months for reducers that work continuously for more than 10 hours a day, and the lubricating oil should be replaced every 6 months for reducers that are less than 10 hours a day.
The reducer that has not been used for a long time (usually more than 12 months) must be replaced with lubricating oil before being used again, and lubricating grease cannot be mixed due to different models.
