The guide rail is a track used on the machine tool to support and guide components to move accurately along a certain track or for clamping and positioning. The accuracy and movement accuracy of the track directly affect the machining accuracy of the machine tool. The rails currently used include sliding rails, rolling rails and hydrostatic rails. 1. One of the functions of the guide rail lubricant is to make the guide rail work as close as possible to the liquid friction state to reduce friction resistance, reduce driving power and improve efficiency.
2. Reduce rail wear and prevent rail corrosion. The flowing lubricating oil also plays a role in flushing.
3. Avoid crawling under low speed and heavy load, and reduce vibration.
4. Reduce frictional heat at high speed and reduce thermal deformation.
