Common lubrication failure points of corrugated product production line:
1. Grease precipitation-flowing oil
The specific performance is: the consistency of the grease becomes thinner and flows out from the bearing.
Reason: The grease cannot withstand high temperature working conditions and shearing environment for a long time, the soap structure in the grease is destroyed, the oil soap separates, so it is softened and lost.
2. Grease carbon deposits-coking
The specific performance is: the bearing wears severely or directly locks up, similar to dry friction. After opening the bearing, it is found that the grease no longer exists in a semi-fluid state, instead it is black carbon deposits.
Reason: The oily substance in the lubricating grease undergoes chemical changes such as oxidation at high temperature, and the long-chain molecules are broken into short-chain molecules, and finally become carbides.
3. Insufficient lubrication capacity-wear and tear
The specific performance is as follows: During regular maintenance, there is semi-fluid grease on the bearing, but the bearing is seriously worn.
Reason: The lubricating capacity of grease is insufficient, and boundary lubrication or extreme pressure lubrication cannot be formed during friction. It is equivalent to that the grease does not have a lubricating effect or has a limited effect, and friction between the bearings is still in direct contact.

2. Anti-oxidation: Good oxidation stability. Lubricants will not be oxidized quickly to form oxides in contact with air in a high temperature environment, avoiding the formation of carbides.
3. Anti-moisture: Grease will not emulsify and hydrolyze when exposed to water.
4. Shear resistance: When the grease is subjected to shearing for a long time during mechanical work, the soap fibers will separate and flow, and the structure of the grease will be unstable and the consistency will decrease.
