Worm geared motors are greatly affected by the material and machining accuracy of worm wheels and screws. When choosing worm gear grease, by selecting the appropriate gear grease that combines the actual use temperature (high temperature, low temperature), load and other conditions, it can be evenly distributed on the screw to prevent the grease from accumulating on both ends of the screw. Worm gears will produce dry friction during operation to avoid dry friction causing wear between worm gears. When selecting gear grease, first select the appropriate ISO viscosity grade. When the viscosity is too high, heat is generated during the operation of the gearbox and energy consumption increases. If the viscosity is too small, the oil film strength of the gear oil will be insufficient, and the gear will wear out. Therefore, it is important to select the gear grease correctly.
