The ambient temperature is high, and the engine is often in a high temperature state, which easily causes the lubricating oil to oxidize and deteriorate, reduce the viscosity coefficient and lose the lubricating function. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the engine's evaporative refrigeration system in summer to ensure normal operation and avoid overheating of the engine.
The viscosity coefficient of lubricating oil changes with the increase of temperature. In other words, if the lubricating oil is heated, the viscosity coefficient decreases and the lubricating oil is consumed too quickly. Therefore, the oil dipstick must be checked carefully in summer, and any defects must be replenished immediately.
The correct use of high-temperature-resistant lubricating oil plays an extremely important role in improving the operating performance of the unit, extending the life of the unit, and saving economic expenditure. Therefore, please pay attention to the following when using.
(1) Regular inspection and timely replacement
As the machine runs over time, the quality of the lubricating oil in the refrigeration system will continue to change. Regular sampling inspections and analysis and phase comparison checks of colors must be performed. When the oil quality changes to a certain extent, it must be replaced in time. Generally, the lubricating oil in the refrigeration system should be replaced once a year.
(2) Requirements for oil replacement
When changing the oil, try to drain the remaining oil from the oil cooler. Thoroughly remove the sediment and rust in the box and exhaust recovery device, remove the oil pump and filter cigarette holder, check and clean, and ensure that the replaced lubricating oil is clean and well lubricated.
(3) Matters needing attention during use When the unit is shut down, when lubricating oil and refrigerant coexist in the system, the corresponding oil lubricating oil is energized and heated to keep the oil temperature within the specified range.
