1. The motor test is carried out in 10000-20000 working cycles, the working system works for 2 minutes, and the rest is 18 minutes. The relationship between speed and load and structural design determine the life of the motor.
2. In order to have a long service life of the motor and its self-locking function, there must be corresponding requirements for the grease at the friction part.
3. The grease used for electric push rod motors should have long-term lubricity and self-locking properties at the friction part.
4. When the motor starts and works, the grease must have compression resistance, adhesion, oxidation resistance and noise reduction effects within the allowable range of the current standard.
5. As the friction part has plastic gears, synthetic oil should be selected as the base oil of oil-free grease.
