Therefore, the high temperature grease used for chain and screw lubrication requires a lubrication cycle of 6 months. Considering the difficulty of lubrication and maintenance of the motor bearing, the lubrication cycle of the bearing grease must be more than 1 year.
Grease selection standard for reflow oven:
1. Grease can be effectively lubricated at a high temperature of 280℃.
2. The screw has a long-term lubrication time of at least 3 months, and the lubrication period of the motor bearing is more than 1 year.
3. It does not pollute the environment and does not affect the health of workers. The SMT site is closed and air circulation is small. The high-temperature evaporative grease can not be quickly discharged through the pipeline of the furnace due to the volatile and thermal decomposition components. These components and various lubricating oil additives are accumulated in the air, which is not conducive to the health of the operators. The lubrication cycle is short, grease is frequently added, the volatility is poor, and there is the possibility of thermal decomposition.
4. Does not affect product quality. The adhesiveness of the grease is strong, and the grease will not sag under high temperature. Oil with low high temperature adhesion will crawl along the chain until it contaminates the circuit board. When the hot air motor is on the chain, the bearing grease will contaminate the circuit board.
5. Extend equipment life. In order to ensure the life of the equipment, in addition to the low friction coefficient and excellent load capacity of the oil film formed on the metal surface, the grease will not condense or burn during long-term use at high temperatures. The accumulation of tuberculosis will produce abnormal sound when the welding furnace is operating, the adjustment plate will expand the width, the chain and the lead screw will stick together, hug each other, and the equipment has to be inspected.
6. The ignition temperature of the base oil of the grease is above 300℃, which reduces the risk of fire. The general ignition point is 20 to 30 degrees higher than the operating temperature to ensure safe use and reduce volatilization losses. This is particularly important for reflow ovens without nitrogen protection.
