1. According to the material of plastic gears, there are generally PC/ABS/POM/PP/PVC, etc. The most noteworthy here is the PC material, and the grease with good compatibility with PC must be selected. Failure to do so may cause the plastic to crack.
2. Take the rotation speed and small teeth of the gear as an example. When the rotation speed exceeds several thousand revolutions, the viscosity coefficient of the oleochemical base oil is lower. If you don't do this, the current will be too high and it will fly away after one turn.
3. In the gear working temperature range, such as low temperature -40℃/-30℃/-20℃, it is necessary to choose products with excellent low temperature performance of chemical base oil, which will not freeze at low temperature.
4. The working environment of the gear, whether it is in contact with water/dust/other chemical media, requires grease with good waterproof performance, and some greases have corrosion resistance/acid and alkali resistance.
5. Whether the working environment of the gear is in contact with food, NSF food grade standard grease must be used when in contact.
